Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, Assam has recently published a job advertisement for the recruitment of 1 City Project Manager – PPP Specialist vacancy in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
> Post Graduate/Graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
> 3–5 years of professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.
> Experience in formulation of PPP projects (including relevant concession agreement, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator etc.)
> Experience in preparing project agreement tender process, detailed legal and contractual agreement, risk management and contingent liability issues and financial analysis of complex project proposals with respect to PPP projects.
Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
Salary: As per Capacity Building Guideline, MoHUA, Govt of India & Capacity Building Plan 2020–21.
