Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary, Assam has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 162 Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer, Class-B, Class-I (Jr. Grade) vacancy under the Directorate of A.H. & Vety. Deptt. Assam Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Citizenship:
(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Voter ID/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as a proof of residency along with the application.
Educational Qualification: A Candidate must have a Degree in Bachelor of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc & A.H) from any recognized university.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2022.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

Scale of Pay: Pay Band of Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay of Rs.12,700/- plus other allowance as admissible from time to time.
