Eligibility Criteria of APSC Recruitment 2023

Assam Public Service Commission recruits 04 posts of Driver for Assam Public Service Commission, Assam on Contractual Basis Eligibility Criteria are given below.

Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Residentship:

(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate / Voter ID card of the candidate or his/her parents will be treated as proof of residency along with the application form.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must complete the H.S.L.C. examination or its equivalent from a Recognized Board/ Council of the Government of Assam, and must possess a valid Driving Licence (Cab). Must have registration in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000 /- Fixed.

Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years and the maximum age limit is not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2023.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

SC: 5 years
ST: 5 years
OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
