DHE Mobility Grant Scholarship 2023: Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Assam has recently launched a new scholarship scheme called Mobility Grant. Only female/ girl students may apply for this scholarship. This scholarship scheme awards Rs.10,000/- per year as Mobility Grant to all the Girl students pursuing Post Graduate Degree in 1st year or 2nd year in all Universities of Assam, Autonomous Colleges and Other Colleges. Objective of the DHE Mobility Grant Scholarship
The main objective of Mobility Grants to Post Graduate Girls Student are as below:
(1) To attract girl students of weaker section to continue Higher Education.
(2) Empowerment of women.
(3) To relieve the burden of parents.
Eligibility Criteria of Mobility Grant Scheme
Students must fulfill following criteria to be eligible to apply for Mobility Grant Scholarship for girls students under DHE, Assam.
Gender: The Girl students studying in Post Graduate 1st year or 2nd year during the year 2022.
Course: Only regular Girl PG students studying in all Universities of Assam, Autonomous colleges and other colleges can avail the grant.
Family Income: Family income must be below Rs. 5.00 Lakh per annum.
Bank Account: The Girl students must have a active Bank Account in their name in a Nationalized Bank.
How To Apply for Mobility Grant Scholarship Scheme ?
Intending girl students fulfilling the above mentioned criteria may apply through prescribed Online Portal https://directorateofhighereducation.assam.gov.in/ or https://dhemobilitygrant.amtron.in/ to avail the Mobility Grant for the academic Session 2022-23. Candidates may follow the steps given below to apply for Mobility Grant Scholarship.

=> Click on Online Application link.
=> A new webpage will be opened.
=> First register yourself by entering your name, mobile number, date of birth and district.
=> In the next stage, again click on Online Application Form link and login.
=> Enter all your personal and educational details as required.
=> Upload your educational certificates/ marksheet and other required documents as required.
=> Click on submit button.
=> After successful submission of the application, an acknowledgement in PDF format will be available to download.
Documents to be uploaded
Following scanned documents need to uploaded along with DHE Mobility Grant Online Form
- Passport photo.
- Scan copy of Signature of the girl students.
- Latest Income Certificate of the parents/ guardians issued by the competent authority of the State Governments.
- Readable Photostat copy of 1st page of Active Bank Passbook of the Applicant.
- Identity card.
- PAN Card and AADHAAR Card.
