Eligibility Criteria of Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023
Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Dhubri has released a grade IV job notification for the recruitment of 4 Peon Vacancy under the establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Dhubri Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Employment Exchange Registration: The name of the candidate must be registered in the District Employment Exchange.
Educational Qualification: The Candidate must have minimum educational qualification of Class- VIII passed and not more than HSSLC passed.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2023.
Age Relaxation: The relaxation in the upper age limit of reserved categories shall be given as per existing Govt. Rules.
Scale of Pay: PB 12,000/- to 52,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- and other allowances as admissible.
How To Apply for Dhubri Judiciary Peon Vacancy ?
The filled up application must be submitted in Standard Form (published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt. of Assam) and accompanied by the following:-
i) Self-attested photo copies of testimonial/certificate in support of his/her age, caste, educational qualification, experience certificate (if any), employment exchange registration card etc.
ii) Three copies of recent passport sized coloured photographs with signature on the reverse side.
iii) Mobile Number along with E-mail ID (if any) must be mentioned in the Standard Form.
iv) The name of the candidate must be registered in the Employment Exchange and valid Employment Exchange Registration number is to be mentioned in the application form.
v) The applicant has to furnish a serf declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that he/she has not passed Hsslc or crass XII or equivalent examination or above.
vii) The envelope containing the application should mention the name of the Post indicating “Application for the post of PEON” superscribed on the top of the envelope.
The applications in sealed envelope can be submitted through post or directly in the “drop box” of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
