Eligibility Criteria of Excise Department Recruitment

State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has released a job advertisement for unemployment people for the recruitment 222 Excise Constable Vacancy under the Excise Department, Assam Eligibility Criteria are given below.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Citizen, permanent resident of Assam. Selected candidates will have to submit Proof of Residence after publication of the final select list.

Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.

Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must register his/ her name with any Employment Exchange in Assam.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be H.S.L.C or equivalent from recognized Board or Council.

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 30 years as on 1st July 2022.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 5 years
OBC/MOBC: 3 years

Pay: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000-49,000 and Grade Pay of Rs.5,000/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
