Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has released a job notification for the recruitment of 14 Assistant Engineer, Assistant Architect and Junior Engineer vacancy in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Eligibility Criteria are given below.

1. Assistant Engineer (Civil & Electrical)

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. / Equivalent in relevant branch/ discipline from a recognized university.
Work Experience: 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Scale of Pay: Pay Band: Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/- Grade Pay: Rs. 12,700/-
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 38 years on the 1st January of the year of recruitment (Age relaxation will be given as per state Govt. Rules).

2. Assistant Architect

Educational Qualification: B. Arch. / Equivalent from a recognized university.
Work Experience: 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Scale of Pay: Pay Band: Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/- Grade Pay: Rs. 12,700/-
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 38 years on the 1st January of the year of recruitment (Age relaxation will be given as per state Govt. Rules).

3. Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical)

Educational Qualification: 3 yrs. Diploma in relevant branch/ discipline from a recognized polytechnic college or institute.
Work Experience: 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Scale of Pay: Pay Band: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- Grade Pay: Rs. 8,700/-
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 38 years on the 1st January of the year of recruitment (Age relaxation will be given as per state Govt. Rules).

4. Junior Engineer (Architecture)

Educational Qualification: Three years Diploma in Architect Engineering / Architectural Assistantship / Equivalent from a recognized institute.
Work Experience: 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Scale of Pay: Pay Band: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- Grade Pay: Rs. 8,700/-
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 38 years on the 1st January of the year of recruitment (Age relaxation will be given as per state Govt. Rules).
