District & Sessions Judge, Hojai Judiciary Recruitment 2021- Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Educational Qualification:
1. Sheristadar ( Chief Administrative Officer ) of District & Sessions Judge: The candidate must be a graduate and must have served either as a Sheristadar of Addl. District and Sessions Judge or a Head Assistant in the District and Sessions Judge Establishment or equivalent court continuously for a minimum period of 5 years.
2. Sheristadar of District & Sessions Judge: The candidate must be a graduate who must have served either as a Sheristadar of Additional District and Sessions Judge or as a Head Assistant in the District and Sessions Judges Establishment at least for 5 years.
3. Sheristadar of Civil Judge (Senior Division): The candidate must be a graduate and must have served not less than 7 years in District and Sessions Judge Establishment concerned out of which at least 3 years must have been rendered in service as an Upper Division Assistant (UDA) on the 1st day of the year in which promotion is made.
