Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (MACT), Barpeta has published a job advertisement for the recruitment of 01 Process Server Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Qualification:
1. Minimum educational qualification is VIII passed.
2. Candidates having HS passed or above qualifications are ineligible for the post.
Citizenship: The candidate must be the citizen of India.
Age Limit: Age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years on the date of submission of the application.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories up to 45 years, for candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC categories up to 43 years and for candidates belonging to persons with Disabilities categories up to 50 years.
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500/- Grade Pay 5,200/-
