Eligibility Criteria of Polytechnic Admission Test 2023
Resident-ship: Candidate/s must be a permanent citizen of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must pass the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. Candidates also must have passed individually in both Theory and Practical examinations in Mathematics and Science.
Required minimum average percentage in Mathematics and Science is as mentioned below.

Age Limit:
The category-wise maximum age limit as on 31st December 2023 is as given below.

Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay application fee Rs.500/- along with bank charges. Candidates can pay their application fee using State Bank Collect which provides the facility of payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking or UPI. Payment may also be made in cash at any branch State Bank of India after generating the Cash Deposit form from State Bank Collect in final step of Online Application.
Exam Details of PAT 2023
Polytechnic diploma courses in State Government Polytechnics of Assam and Polytechnics outside Assam for the session 2023-24 Exam Details are given below.
Date of Exam: 11th or 18th or 25th June 2023 (Sunday)
Time of Exam: 10 AM to 12 Noon
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Subjects of Exam: Mathematics and Science
Full Marks: 100 Marks
Venue of Exam: Admission Test will be held Government Polytechnics/ Institutions of Assam under Directorate of Technical Education, Assam and in selected centres at Mangaldoi and Tezpur.
