Consumers who fail to register their mobile phone nos. in APDCL portal, and not providing their relevant details within 31th July 2021, may be barred from electricity connection temporarily. As per APDCL notification, all consumers need to update their following personal details:
1. Name
2. Consumer No.
3. Mobile No.
4. Aadhaar No. (if available)
5. Email ID (if available)
6. Occupation
Consumers can update the above details online or offline.
Update your Mobile Number in APDCL Website – Online
Following steps are to be follow to update mobile no in APDCL Website.
1. Open the APDCL Website www.apdcl.org.
2. Click on ‘Update Mobile Number’ tab.
3. Enter your “Consumer No” and click on the “arrow” button.
4. Now enter all details: Mobile No. (mandatory), Occupation (mandatory), Email ID (optional) and Aadhaar No. (Optional).
5. Click on Submit button.
6. An ‘OTP’ will be sent to your mobile phone.
7. Put the ‘OTP’ in correct place and click ‘Verify’.
Your data has been updated successfully.

If someone faces difficulties in Online submission of the data, he can write the data in a paper and submit it in the respected electrical Sub-division Office or may seek help from the officials of the Sub-Division. The Data that has to Written on the Paper are as follows.
